woman you could join and slowly pass the days growing old
That immortality loop that you encased your soul within...
hoping to never grow old,
to live your life until the end of time,
to watch the world pass you by,
never having to make someone cry is just a dream due to be shattered as the wind draws his breathe and releases the air with a powerful start.
The search for eternal bliss is such a saddened thought upon the mist,
you cannot run,
you cannot hide inside this loop of suspended time.
As the world gently fades and wilts within the afternoon sun,
your heart will cry with saddened emotion as the seas dry up and there are no more oceans.
The lullaby floats and descends towards the dried, cracked earth,
the loved ones you had once seen walk this path, evaporate with the mist, never walking this earth again,
yet there you sit inside your loop, lonely, gladly being eternally young, but ask yourself this...
elixir is it all it's really cracked up to be, are you blissfully happy there inside your loop, watching times thread slowly unwind until there is no longer a solid ledge?
